Privacy Policy
Last updated September 18, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Torrey Labs collects when you visit the site, request access or place an order, how we use it, and who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information.
01Information we collect
- Access and application details: your name, business or practice name, email address, phone number, website, and anything you tell us in an access request or wholesale application.
- Account and order details: your access code, order history, shipping and billing address, phone number (needed for pickup), fulfillment choice and any discount code you enter.
- Payment details: card and payment information is entered directly with our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the amount and the last four digits of a card, but not your full card number.
- Affiliate details, if you are an affiliate: your name, contact details, referral code and commission history.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and basic usage analytics. We also record failed access-code attempts by IP address to protect the site from abuse.
02How we use it
- To review access requests, issue and verify access codes, and run your account.
- To take, price, fulfill and ship orders, and to send receipts, shipping and order notifications.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- To calculate and pay affiliate commissions.
- To understand how the site is used so we can keep it working and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to respond to lawful requests.
03Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, and only what they need to do that work:
- Payment processing (our payment processor handles card payments and fraud checks).
- Hosting, database and infrastructure providers that store the site's data.
- Email delivery providers that send our receipts and notifications.
- Shipping carriers, who receive the recipient name, address and phone number needed to deliver an order.
- Analytics providers, for basic site usage measurement.
- Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement or a counterparty in a business transfer, where we are legally required to or where it is needed to protect our rights.
04Local storage and cookies
To keep you signed in and to remember your cart, the site stores your access code and cart contents in your browser's local storage. If you arrive through an affiliate link, it also stores that referral code so the referral can be credited. Clearing your browser data signs you out. Our payment processor and analytics provider may set their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
05How long we keep it
We keep order, payment-confirmation and account records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them. Access requests that are not approved are kept for a limited time and then removed.
06Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls that limit who can see customer data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your access code private, because anyone who has it can view prices and place orders on your account.
07Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to the records we must keep by law. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request deletion and correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To make a request, email torreylabs@gmail.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity first.
08Who this site is for
Torrey Labs is for qualified professionals and researchers aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger than that. If you believe a minor has given us information, email torreylabs@gmail.com and we will delete it.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
10Contact
Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to us using the contact details that came with your access code. See also our Terms & Conditions.
