What is KLOW peptide?
KLOW is a research blend of four peptides in one vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. Torrey Labs' KLOW 80 mg vial is labeled 50 mg GHK-Cu and 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. Each ingredient has been studied on its own in laboratory research; the four together, as a blend, have not.

What each ingredient is
GHK-Cu is a copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine (GHK), a sequence first isolated from human plasma.
BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide, a fragment of a protein originally identified in gastric juice.
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide based on a short active region of thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid protein.
KPV is the tripeptide lysine-proline-valine, the last three amino acids of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH).
KLOW vs GLOW: what's different
GLOW blends are usually sold as three peptides: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. KLOW adds a fourth, KPV. Amounts differ between sellers, so compare the label and the lot report of the specific vial rather than the name.
Torrey Labs stocks KLOW, not GLOW.
How to check a KLOW vial
A blend's lab report should confirm identity and give a measured amount for the blend, and ideally for each component. Check that the lot number on the report matches the vial and that the total matches the 80 mg label.
Common questions
What peptides are in KLOW?
Four: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. Torrey Labs' 80 mg vial is labeled 50 mg GHK-Cu and 10 mg each of the other three.
What is the difference between KLOW and GLOW?
GLOW blends usually contain GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. KLOW contains the same three plus KPV.
Has the KLOW blend been studied as a combination?
No published study of the four-peptide combination is known to us. Each ingredient has been studied separately in laboratory research.
Are KLOW, KLOW 80 and the KLOW stack the same thing?
Usually, yes. Sellers use "KLOW blend", "KLOW 80" and "KLOW stack" for the same four-peptide formula, most often as an 80 mg vial. Check the label: the name alone doesn't fix the amounts.
What is the difference between GHK-Cu and KLOW?
GHK-Cu is a single peptide. KLOW is a blend in which GHK-Cu is one of four ingredients, alongside BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. In Torrey Labs' 80 mg KLOW vial, GHK-Cu is labeled 50 mg.
